Title: The One by Kiera Cass
The time has come for one winner to be crowned.
When she was chosen to compete in the Selection, America never dreamed she would find herself anywhere close to the crown—or to Prince Maxon’s heart. But as the end of the competition approaches, and the threats outside the palace walls grow more vicious, America realizes just how much she stands to lose—and how hard she’ll have to fight for the future she wants.
Review: Oh my goodness where do I begin. It’s another five out of five for Kiera Cass and The Selection series This series is AMAZING! It just keeps getting better and better. This third book was so action packed I just couldn’t put it down. America continued to stand up for what she feels is right. The Northern rebels want to pledge their allegiance to Maxon when he eventually becomes king. When I read the previous book I got a funny feeling that America’s dad was up to something on his visit and man was I right. I like that about these books. You can slightly predict what a character might be up to or if they might be hiding something, but you aren’t one hundred percent sure until it just comes out of nowhere. There was just so much what happened in this book. I don’t want to give it all away. I can’t wait to read the next two and see where the story goes.
